Persistent scam memory
RugTrace Brain
RugTrace Brain is not a black-box accusation engine.
It is persistent graph memory: cases, wallets, pattern features, and grounded reports.
Case-library memories are generated from curated OSINT cases and participate in future matching, but they remain investigative signals, not legal conclusions.
Dynamic update is enabled: every curated monthly or researched case is converted into a reusable Brain memory seed at runtime. Add a new case, and matching, pattern counts, and dashboard intelligence update automatically.
